How do I place an order by email, fax or phone?
You can place your order via the following:

    • email us at info@thegraciousgourmet.com. Please do not submit payment information via email. We will contact you within 1 business day to obtain payment information. Please note that we require payment before shipping an order.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. If mailing in your order, you can prepay via check. If emailing your order, please do not submit your payment information via email. We will contact you within 1 business day to obtain payment information. Please note that we require payment before shipping an order.


Will I be charged Sales tax?
Only shipments in Connecticut will be charged sales tax.

Where can I purchase and/or redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online or over the phone, and can be redeemed the same way.

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 1.860.350.1213 or email us at  info@thegraciousgourmet.comPlease note, orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

I am having difficulty shopping/checking out online. Who do I contact?
If you are having any difficulty placing your order and checking out online, please contact us at 1.860.350.1213 or via email, and we will work quickly to resolve any issues.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final, except for damaged / defective items. For damaged/defective items, please contact us via email or phone at 860.350.1213.

How can I check my order status?
If you created an account at the time of your order, you can login any time and see the status of your order. If you did not create an account, you will still be updated via email whenever the status of your order changes.
Shipping/Delivery Questions

How are orders delivered?
The Gracious Gourmet is located in and ships from Bridgewater, Connecticut. Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped via UPS ground and should be received within 7-10 business days unless expedited shipping is requested or otherwise specified.

Will I receive everything in a single box?
Typically, an order will ship in one package, although occasionally items in a single order will be shipped in multiple packages.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders for in-stock merchandise leave our warehouse usuallywithin 1 business day. (Orders received after 1PM will most likely be shipped the next day. Shipping times vary depending on which shipping method you selected and where you live. 
Standard shipments within the 48 contiguous states are shipped via UPS Ground and can take up to 7-10 business days once it leaves our warehouse. Many times they arrive sooner. If you requested expedited shipping, delivery will be faster. If you live outside the 48 contiguous states, shipping times will vary.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge you the best price we can get on UPS Ground Shipping when ordering for delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Deliveries outside the 48 contiguous states will be shipped USPS flat rate.

Do you ship internationally, including Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not ship web orders internationally at this time. But we have many retailers in countries around the world who carry The Gracious Gourmet products, including Canada, Japan, and Germany. Please see our retail locator for more information. If you have any difficulty locating our products, please contact us and we’d be happy to help!

Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
Yes, Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and the Caribbean ship USPS flat rate. ($15 surcharge applies, which is in addition to standard shipping rates).

What about the US Virgin Islands?
All shipments to the US Virgin Islands ship USPS flat rate ($15 surcharge applies, which is in addition to our standard shipping rates).

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Not at this time.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
No. Physical mailing addresses are required.

Will I receive shipping information once my order has shipped?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will get an email confirming that your order has been completed

How can I check my order status?

Where can I buy your products?
You can order our products online through our website, or find a local retailer using our store locator.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
Currently our products are available at retail stores and online via our website. Select products are available on amazon.com.
