hatch chile pesto pasta



  1. Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. Add THE GRACIOUS GOURMET HATCH CHILE PESTO and heavy cream to the pasta.
  3. Stir until well combined and hot.
  4. Divide into four individual bowls and sprinkle each with a heaping tablespoon of parmesan.
  5. Garnish with toasted pine nuts if desired. Serve immediately.
