- 1/4 cup THE GRACIOUS GOURMET HATCH CHILE PESTO
- 1/4 pound penne, fusilli or rotini pasta
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- pine nuts (optional as garnish)
- Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add THE GRACIOUS GOURMET HATCH CHILE PESTO and heavy cream to the pasta.
- Stir until well combined and hot.
- Divide into four individual bowls and sprinkle each with a heaping tablespoon of parmesan.
- Garnish with toasted pine nuts if desired. Serve immediately.
