ingredients

• 1 pint premium chocolate ice cream, softened slightly
• 1/2 cup chilled THE GRACIOUS GOURMET SPICED SOUR CHERRY SPREAD
• 1 tablespoon cherry brandy or brandy (optional)

instructions

1. Stir together ice cream, THE GRACIOUS GOURMET SPICED SOUR CHERRY SPREAD and cherry brandy.
2. Transfer to plastic container; cover and freeze until firm.

*Variations - Use vanilla ice cream as the base and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chip when stirring in the Spiced Sour Cherry Spread.
