- 1/2 cup Chile Mango Lime Jam, chilled
- 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream
- Microwave the tub of ice cream on high for 20 seconds. Scoop the softened ice cream into a bowl and quickly stir in Chile Mango Lime Jam.
- Refreeze the ice cream in a plastic container until firm.
Makes about 2-1/2 cups
