Ingredients
- 1½ pound ground chicken
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 T finely minced cilantro
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ bottle plus 3 tablespoons Hot Squeeze
- Mix the ground chicken with, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil and three tablespoons of Hot Squeeze.
- Form into small meatballs, the size of walnuts. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for about 10-15 minutes until done.
- Drizzle with approximately half bottle of Hot Squeeze before serving.
- Delicious served warm on toothpicks for a cocktail party. Serve with more Hot Squeeze for dipping as desired.
Makes about 40 meatballs.
