Hot Squeeze Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1½ pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 T finely minced cilantro
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ bottle plus 3 tablespoons Hot Squeeze
Instructions
    1. Mix the ground chicken with, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil and three tablespoons of Hot Squeeze.
    2. Form into small meatballs, the size of walnuts. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for about 10-15 minutes until done.
    3. Drizzle with approximately half bottle of Hot Squeeze before serving. 
    4. Delicious served warm on toothpicks for a cocktail party. Serve with more Hot Squeeze for dipping as desired.

    Makes about 40 meatballs.
