Feta, Greek Yogurt & Pepper Jelly Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 block feta cheese (or more if desired)
  • 1/4 jar (2 oz.) The Gracious Gourmet Spicy Red Pepper Jelly (and more for garnish)
  • baguette slices for serving
  • 1/8 cup chopped pecans for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt, feta and Spicy Red Pepper Jelly (2 oz.) in a food processor until well combined and smooth.
  2. Place in a serving bowl.
  3. Top with additional pepper jelly and chopped pecans (optional).
  4. Serve with baguette slices or crudite.
