farmhouse tomato jam pasta salad


  • 1 pound cooked pasta, drained and rinsed with cold water. Tri-color rotini works well
  • 1 cup assorted diced veggies such as bell peppers and carrots
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or other cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced or diced salami
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • dressing mixture below
ingredients for dressing


  1. Whisk together THE GRACIOUS GOURMET FARMHOUSE TOMATO JAM and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss gently with greens and tomatoes.

Makes 2-3 servings.
