Blueberry Lemon Thyme Ice Cream

- 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup chilled BLUEBERRY LEMON THYME JAM
- 1 tablespoon brandy or cognac (optional)
instructions
- Stir all ingredients together, including BLUEBERRY LEMON THYME JAM; If needed, microwave ice cream pint for 20 seconds to soften.
- Pack ice cream mixture into freezer container and freeze until firm.
