Blueberry Lemon Thyme Ice Cream


  • 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup chilled BLUEBERRY LEMON THYME JAM
  • 1 tablespoon brandy or cognac (optional)


  1. Stir all ingredients together, including BLUEBERRY LEMON THYME JAM; If needed, microwave ice cream pint for 20 seconds to soften.
  2. Pack ice cream mixture into freezer container and freeze until firm.
Note: Makes about 1 pint.
