Ingredients

• 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1/2 cup chilled THE GRACIOUS GOURMET ROSEMARY PEAR SPREAD
• 1 tablespoon brandy (optional)

Instructions

1. Stir all ingredients together, including THE GRACIOUS GOURMET ROSEMARY PEAR SPREAD; If needed, microwave ice cream pint for 20 seconds to soften.
2. Pack ice cream mixture into freezer container and freeze until firm.

Note: Makes about 1 pint.
