ingredients

• 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
• ½ cup (chilled) The Gracious Gourmet Tart Cherry Spread
• One small bar or block of dark chocolate
• Microplane or similar grating tool for shaving chocolate

1. Stir together ice cream, THE GRACIOUS GOURMET TART CHERRY SPREAD
2. Grate desired mount chocolate on top. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Place bowl into freezer and refreeze until ready to serve.
