- 4 oz. The Gracious Gourmet Tart Cherry Spread
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz. bourbon
- In a saucepan, reduce the bourbon by half on medium high to high temperature.
- In a food processor, combine the reduced bourbon with cherry spread and salt and pepper.
- Spread on grilled meat near the end of grilling, or in the last hour of smoking if preparing meat on a lower temperature smoker. The recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed.
