roasted red pepper & artichoke turkey wraps

Looking for a lunch that's as easy as it is delicious? Say no more! These roasted red pepper & artichoke turkey wraps are the answer to your midday meal woes. Packed with flavor and a whole lot of fun, these wraps are sure to become your new favorite go-to.

Ingredients 

  • 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 6 tablespoons THE GRACIOUS GOURMET ROASTED RED PEPPER ARTICHOKE TAPENADE
  • 1 1⁄2 cups cooked, cut-up turkey (or roast deli chicken)
  • 6 tablespoons Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Guacamole, fruit salsa, sour cream (optional)
  • 6 tablespoons Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Guacamole, fruit salsa, sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  2. Spread 3 tablespoons THE GRACIOUS GOURMET ROASTED RED PEPPER ARTICHOKE TAPENADE down middle of each tortilla.
  3. Top with 3⁄4 cup cooked turkey or chicken;
  4. sprinkle with 3 tablespoons cheese.
  5. Turn in two ends; then roll up like a burrito.
  6. Wrap in foil.
  7. Bake at 350°F, 8 – 10 minutes, or until hot throughout.
  8. Serve with guacamole, fruit salsa, and/or sour cream, if desired. 
  9. Can also be served as cold wraps and skip the step of baking.
